Through our two-year on-line program, we train, equip, network & encourage individuals to become God-honoring, Christ-centered, Spirit-led spiritual companions (directors) to others.

In recent years, Marty & Sandy have been experimenting in their work in spiritual direction, adding in some of the powerful self-awareness tools associated with IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapy. Working alongside Dr. Frank Rogers and the Center for Engaged Compassion, the Bollers are finding that many of the spiritual directors they have trained over the years are finding true breakthroughs when introducing IFS principles into both their personal lives and the lives of those they work with.
